Return/Replacement/Cancellation Policy and Process

  • Return Policy

We strive to provide you with original art, quality prints, handmade stationery at affordable price. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns/replacements under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns/replacements:
    - Returns/replacements are accepted only if the goods are damaged.
    - You must notify me of the damaged goods shortly after receiving your order.
    - A photo of the damaged items must be provided as a proof.

     -Customized products aren't eligible for returns.

     -Pattern licenses aren't eligible for returns.


2. Return/replacements Process:
    - Contact us using site contact form.
    - Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items.
    - We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

3. Shipping Fees:
    - The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
    - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:
    - Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to confirm the damage.
    - If the return is approved, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
    - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • How to Initiate a Return

2. Await Approval:
    - We will review your return request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return the Items:
    - Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
    - Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.
    - Send the items to the return address provided by our customer service team.

4. Receive Your Refund:
    - Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    - If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Cancellation :
Please mail us at katerinaxmitkova@gmail.com or use contact for on the site for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped yet.
No cancellation is applicable for customized products once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
